Custom Field

Navigate to <strong>Admin > Organizational Settings > Custom Fields</strong>. <br/> <br/> 2. While many options exist on this next page, the two most important to define before proceeding are: <strong>Question Type</strong> and <strong>Question Text</strong>. If you choose <em>Multiple Choice</em> under Question Type, you will also need to define the possible answers from which end users can choose when populating that data. When you are finished defining the new field, click on <strong>Save</strong>. <br /> <br/> <br/> Note: <strong>Once this new 'custom field has been defined, simply navigate to a selected person or company, choose the profile icon, then **Related Data > Custom Fields</strong>. You can now supply that information for the selected person or company. <br/> <br/> <br/> <br/></p> <h2><span id="delete">To delete a Custom Field:</span></h2> <p><br/> <strong>Note: Deleting a custom field will delete all related information for that field again all people or companies as the case may be.</strong> <br/> <br/> 1.
