Upgrade Batch

An upgrade batch will not work when you are trying to change apprentice types or when you have already reached the last Wage Level for an Apprentice Type. <br /> <br/></p> <h2><span id="create">To Create an Upgrade Batch:</span></h2> <p><br/> 1: Navigate to <strong>Education > Students > Upgrades</strong>.</p> <p><img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Education/Students/Upgrades/Upgrades.png" alt="" title="" /> <br/> <br/> <br/> 2: Click on <strong>Create Batch</strong>. </p> <p><img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Education/Students/Upgrades/CreateBatch.png" alt="" title="" /> <br/> <br/> <br/> 3: Fill in the necessary fields, then click <strong>Save Batch</strong>.</p> <p>*Note if you choose to automatically Approve or Reject Students, you must enter a set of required hours to pass a certain Wage Level. You can click on the check boxes next to each student you want to approve then click Approve Selected or you can click Approve All and it will automatically approve every student/group added to the batch. The next 2 ways are through the edit modes which we will explain in the next step. <br/> <br/> 6: There are 2 ways to edit students in the batch. You can edit an individual student by clicking on the row of the student you want to edit,...</p> <p><img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Education/Students/Upgrades/EditStudent.png" alt="" title="" /> <br/> <br/> <br/> or you can click Edit All and you will see a list of all the students in the batch. In these edit modes you can set the upgrade date, approve the dates, and add any comments on a particular student. You will also see his current wage level, OJT hours, school hours, tardies, etc...</p> <p><img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Education/Students/Upgrades/EditAll.png" alt="" title="" /> <br/> <br/> <br/> 7: None of the Upgrades will go into effect until you click Release to Processor. (Note: If the Release to Processor button is not visible then it has already been released and you cannot edit the batch.
