Custom Lists

<h2><span id="create object">To Create a Custom List for Object:</span></h2>

1. Navigate to <strong>Admin > Organizational Settings > Custom Lists</strong>

2. Click the <strong>New List</strong> button on the top of the top grid</p>

3. Enter a name for the list, select whether it displays against a person or a company, and click <strong>Save List</strong></p>

4. Click <strong>New Question</strong> at the top left of the grid.</p>

5. Choose the <strong>Question Type</strong> (the type of answer) you would like and type the question in the <strong>Question Text</strong> field. <br />

6. If the <strong>Question Type</strong> is <strong>Multiple Choice, Drop Down,</strong> or <strong>Multiple Select,</strong> you will need to choose your answer fields. </p>
<ul>
<li>Type the answer choices in the <strong>Option Text</strong> fields. <br />

<li>Click <strong>Add an option</strong> if you need more choices.

<li>Type in the appropriate scores in the <strong>Score</strong> field.

<li>If you require they comment for their answer, check the box in the <strong>Req.Comment</strong> field.

<li>Click the <strong>Remove</strong> button next to each option field you would like to remove.</li>

7. When completed, Click <strong>Save</strong>.

<h2><span id="create menu">To Create a Custom list for Menu:</span></h2>

1. Navigate to <strong>Admin > Organizational Settings > Custom Lists</strong>

2. Click the <strong>New List</strong> button on the top of the bottom grid</p>

3. Enter a name for the list, select which menu it displays against, and click <strong>Save List</strong></p>

4. Click <strong>New Question</strong> at the top left of the grid.</p>
