Navigate to Admin > Security > Users 2. Click the New User button <img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Admin/Security/Users/newuser.png" alt="" title="" /> 3. Fill in the necessary fields then click Save User <img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Admin/Security/Users/UserForm.png" alt="" title="" /> 4. After creating a User you will need to designate permissions for the user. User's will receive an email with a temporary password and a link to the site. Upon login they will be asked to create a new password and to re-authenticate their login. NOTE: The User's grid is filtered by default to only show "Staff" User's. You can display all User's by clicking on the grid filter and leaving the "Is Staff" filter blank. <img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Admin/Security/Users/IsStaff.png" alt="" title="" /> <h2>To Set Permissions for a User:</h2> 1. Select the User you would like to set permissions for then navigate to Profile Icon > Security > Permissions. <img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Admin/Security/Users/permissions.png" alt="" title="" /> 2. Click the Edit button on the top right of the page <img src="http://m3-helpcontent-trunk.s3.amazonaws.com/Admin/Security/Users/editpermissions.png" alt="" title="" /> 3. Mark abilities with an X or Check to allow or deny privileges. **NOTE: Permissions are inherited from parent node. (If you wish to permission all home pages except tasks, you must check the Home level and X the tasks level) <img src="http://helpcontent.datarg.net/Admin/permissions.png" alt="" title="" /> 4. Click the Save Permissions button <h2>To Add a User to a User Group:</h2> 1. Select the Group that you would like to add Users to. 2. Select the User you would like to delete. 2.
